MidWinter Women Healing in Nature: Hibernation and other Transitions

**The focus is on transitions — seasonal, personal, collective, and more. We will engage all our senses in rooting ourselves in nature.** We will be gathering in beautiful Frozen Head State Park and Natural Area which encompasses more than 24,000 acres of wilderness area and is named for a 3,324-foot peak in the Cumberland Mountains, the top of which is often shrouded in ice or snow in the winter months. The impressive entrance leads visitors into a vestige of densely forested, unspoiled mountain splendor — once common throughout the Cumberland Plateau.
We are gathering in midwinter so dress accordingly (layers, hat, gloves, etc). There will be a bonfire burning all day to keep us warm and cozy.
NOTE: we will be in Big Cove Campground
