- Monthly Mindfulness Stress Management Group: this group meets for 1.5 hours the last Friday of the month. Participants participate in easy mindfulness techniques including breathing, meditation, and relaxation to reduce stress.
- Monthly Nature-Based Healing Circle: this group meets for 2 hours at an outdoor location (check monthly calendar for locations) once a month for a nature-based activity including mandala creation, mindful walking, tree connection, and more. The focus is on deepening participants’ connection to nature for balance and healing.
- Intimate Partner Violence Support & Information Group (women only): this group meets once a month to provide information, support, and a safe place for women navigating the dynamics of intimate partner violence.
- Anxiety & Depression Coping Tools Group: this monthly group provides education and tools for those wanting to improve their coping with anxiety and depression.
